  • Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours), we will process your exchange and ship the replacement as per our standard shipping timelines.
  • Refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account.

Return Exclusions & Condition Criteria

The following items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange:

  • Personalized or customized products (including made-to-measure orders).
  • Gift cards (final sale).

All returnable items must be in unused, unwrinkled, undamaged, and resellable condition, with the original packing slip included.

  • Shoe Returns: The sole and upper must be free of scratches or signs of wear.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds if the returned items do not meet these conditions.

Custom Orders: Our team reviews your measurements based on height and weight. If you insist on keeping your original measurements despite recommendations, any required alterations later may incur a minimal alteration fee.


2. Black Friday Return Policies

During our Black Friday Sale, we provide our best offers of the year.

📌 No Refunds for Black Friday Purchases – Items bought during this sale are final sale and cannot be refunded. However, we offer a 60-day exchange or store credit option for flexibility.

  • Standard-Size Orders: Eligible for exchange for a different size or product.
  • Made-to-Measure or Custom Orders: Can only be returned for alterations, not for a refund.

3. Custom Orders – Returns & Alterations

We strive to deliver perfectly fitting jackets in the first attempt. However, if your custom order doesn’t fit well, we offer:
First alteration free of charge to ensure a perfect fit.

Our Approach to Custom Orders

Design & Quality Check: Before dispatching your custom order, we share pictures of your final product for review. This allows you to approve the design, material, and stitching before shipment.

Sizing:

  • We request your body measurements at the time of order.
  • Please use our sizing guide to ensure accurate measurements.
  • If, despite these measures, the jacket doesn’t fit perfectly, we offer the first alteration free.

📌 No Refunds for Custom Orders – Since custom orders are tailor-made with your chosen style, material, and accessories, they cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns for refunds.


4. Cancellation Policies

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 days of placement. Submit your cancellation request [HERE].
✅ Once an order is dispatched or under customs clearance, cancellations are no longer possible. You will need to receive the parcel and process a return if needed.

📌 Time-Sensitive Orders: If our Customer Support Team has committed to delivering your order within a specific timeframe, such orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Order Acceptance & Payment Policies

Prices and product availability on Vestrox.store may change without prior notice.

Any pricing errors will be corrected when identified.

In case of a price discrepancy:

  • If the correct price is lower, we will refund the difference.
  • If the correct price is higher, we will contact you for further instructions or cancel the order.

We are not obligated to fulfill orders placed at incorrect (lower) prices due to errors.
