Delivery Policy

At Vestrox.store, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience by offering free worldwide shipping and ensuring timely delivery of all orders.


1. Free Shipping Worldwide

✅ All orders qualify for free shipping with no minimum purchase or special conditions.
✅ We ship worldwide, except for the following countries:
❌ Russia
❌ Israel
❌ Iran
❌ Iraq
❌ India
❌ OFAC-sanctioned countries

2. Delivery Timelines

📌 Note:

  • Prime Products are ready to ship and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Other products follow different dispatch timelines. Refer to the table above for details.
  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3-4 business days.

3. Courier Service

To ensure fast and secure shipping, we use premium express couriers such as DHL and FedEx.

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses.


4. Customs Duty & Taxes

We cover all customs duties for international orders.

📌 How it works:

  1. If your order is subject to customs duty, you must pay it upfront upon delivery.
  2. Share the receipt of payment with our Customer Support Team.
  3. We will reimburse the full duty amount within 5-7 days via PayPal.

5. Lost or Damaged Products

🚨 If your tracking link shows delivered, but you haven’t received your order:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team and the courier within 5 working days.
  2. We will initiate an investigation with the courier.
  3. If confirmed lost/damaged, we will issue either:
  • A full store credit, OR
  • A replacement of your original order.

Refunds are not available for lost orders.


6. Rescheduling & Delivery Issues

Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

📌 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment.

Missed Delivery Attempts: If the courier is unable to deliver due to your unavailability, you must contact them directly for rescheduling.
❌ If multiple failed delivery attempts occur, the courier may destroy the parcel. We are not responsible for such incidents.

Unaccepted Deliveries

🚨 If a customer refuses to accept a delivery, the parcel will be lost or destroyed.
❌ We do not accept returns for refused shipments.

✅ To initiate a return, you must accept the parcel first and follow our Return Policy instructions.

Incorrect Address Deliveries

📌 Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

  • Once an order is dispatched, we cannot update the address.
  • If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address, the package may be destroyed.
    ❌ In such cases, we cannot process cancellations or refunds.

7. Other Policies

Order Confirmation

📌 After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact our Customer Support Team.

Combined Shipments

✅ If you place multiple orders shipping to the same address, we may combine them into one shipment (unless instructed otherwise).
✅ This may cause a slight delay in the initial order’s delivery.

Complimentary Items

🚨 Orders containing 10 or more products do not include complimentary items by default.
📌 Exceptions may be approved on a case-by-case basis by our Customer Support Team.
